I just signed up for a blogger account & vow to utilize blogging & any form of communication I can to notate what I'm going thru on a daily basis. I'd love to help others as I know this will be a life long battle. I do have a You Tube Channel - haven't done too many videos - I'm considering reaching out to the YT community a bit more. I do use SparkPeople from time to time. TONS of resources on there. I plan on setting up a OH account. & I use twitter like mad! @kaseypb please feel free to add me!
